With the challenge of producing comparative studies in Education, it was sought a cooperation project that is structured around researches that seeks to understand the circulation of educational policies at the international level. Thus, this cooperation arose with the objective of joining efforts and enabling a space for exchange of production and dissemination of knowledge that is based on the purpose of research training. This partnership, which is sustained by permanent joint work, is the result of previous partnerships established within the Latin American Network of Studies on Teaching Work (www.redeestrado.org), established in 1999, and International Research Networks (IRN/WERA) Education Policies and the Restructuring of the Educational Profession Facing the Challenges of Globalization, established in 2015. In Brazil, there were two projects approved by funding agencies, both under development, that give sustainability to this network cooperation. The first, entitled "Education policies and the restructuring of the teaching profession facing the challenges of globalization", funded by the Bahia State Research Support Foundation (FAPESB) and the second, "Public policies for the improvement of high school: scientific socialization, translation and transfer of results ", funded by CNPq Public Notice 22/2016. This presentation will focus on the second project under development.

Cooperation between different research groups within the framework of cooperation takes place through an exchange platform that ranges from conducting comparative perspective research, producing technology aimed at disseminating results and training teachers, to creating and promoting spaces for dialogue with the sectors involved in the educational agenda (professionals, students and parents, unions, managers, among others) and the training of researchers in the postgraduate field. The main object of research is the international circulation of youth education policies, especially those related to PISA. Despite the different trajectories in the evolution of their education systems, the countries included in this cooperation face significant changes in the middle school, regarding its organization and management in a direct relation with the evaluation processes. In the specific case of Brazil, the focus is on high school. The research aims to analyze the recent changes in high school in Brazil, from a comparative study that allows identifying the international influences on the policies of expansion of its offer, orientation of its purposes and results in the main evaluations.
